In 2025, Octagos helped more patients stay connected to care – and helped clinical teams act faster when it mattered most. As we marked our fifth anniversary, we expanded our clinical impact nationwide, advanced innovation across the platform, and earned recognition across the healthcare and technology sectors. Every milestone reflects our commitment to transforming cardiac remote monitoring with AI-powered and clinician-centered solutions that reduce burden and support better patient outcomes.
Expanding Scale and Clinical Impact Nationwide
In 2025, Octagos supported several hundred clinics across 40 states and helped monitor hundreds of thousands of active patients through our platform. Octagos device specialists reviewed 4 million device transmissions in 2025, reflecting significant nationwide growth in both scale and clinical impact.
Compared to 2024, the number of active transmitting patients increased nearly 80% – while transmission volume grew by 40%. These gains highlight the rapid adoption of Octagos and the measurable value our platform delivers to cardiac teams.
Using the industry-validated average of 12 minutes of staff time per remote cardiac device transmission, the four million transmissions reviewed in 2025 translate into more than 45 million minutes of clinical time saved. Octagos’ AI-driven filtering and automated workflows helped clinics reclaim meaningful time, reduce administrative burden, and redirect effort toward direct patient care.
Named a Top Global HealthTech Company by TIME

Octagos was named one of TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies 2025, and we are the only remote monitoring company included on the list. This recognition highlights the strength of our technology, our commitment to high-quality cardiac monitoring, and the trust clinicians place in our platform.
Accelerating Growth Through Strategic Partnerships
In 2025, Octagos was selected to join the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, an invitation-only initiative for high-growth companies advancing innovation in healthcare and AI. This partnership provides access to Microsoft’s enterprise network, Azure AI infrastructure, and go-to-market guidance – helping us scale cardiac remote monitoring nationwide with greater speed and reach.
OctaLink Debuts – Faster Decisions from Anywhere
OctaLink enables clinicians to review transmissions, prioritize alerts with AI, and e-sign events directly from their phone, delivering a faster, more connected monitoring experience wherever care happens.

OctaSync Launch – Two-Tap Data Transfer for Medtronic SmartSync™
In 2025, Octagos expanded platform capabilities with the launch of OctaSync, a breakthrough solution that streamlines in-clinic cardiac device data transfer. Built for Medtronic SmartSync™ tablet programmers, OctaSync replaces slow, error-prone USB workflows with a fast, secure, two-tap process.
Clinicians can transfer PDF, PDD, and PKG files directly from the SmartSync tablet to Octagos using FileBrowser Pro – a native, Medtronic-supported tool already installed on every device. No new apps. No IT tickets. No manual uploads. Files appear instantly in Octagos and automatically link to the correct patient encounter in the EHR, including Epic.
By simplifying device checks and reducing administrative complexity, OctaSync improves documentation accuracy, accelerates billing, and keeps teams focused on patient care. It also supports batch exports and USB fallback compatibility, making it a future-ready standard for in-person cardiac workflows.
In the Spotlight: Technology Record
Octagos was highlighted in Technology Record for leading the way in AI-powered cardiac remote monitoring. Coverage emphasized how Octagos triages remote monitoring data, reduces noise, and improves operational efficiency through intelligent automation, clearer prioritization, and streamlined workflows.
Industry Voice – Taking the Stage at HealthIMPACT to Share the Future of AI-Powered Monitoring
At HealthIMPACT Live at Microsoft in New York City, Octagos was selected to share how AI is reshaping healthcare systems and modernizing remote cardiac monitoring. Chris Delgado, Chief Commercial Officer, joined industry leaders to discuss how intelligent automation, secure integrations, and clearer data empower care teams to operate more efficiently.
One message was clear: AI is no longer emerging. It is essential infrastructure. Octagos demonstrated how our platform filters noise, surfaces urgent events, and helps clinicians act faster with greater confidence.
Customer Impact: Aurora Denver Reaches 95% Patient Connectivity
We published a success story featuring Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates, highlighting the measurable impact of Octagos’ full-service remote cardiac monitoring model. After partnering with Octagos, the clinic achieved 95% patient connectivity and processed more than 20,000 device transmissions in six months.
Two-thirds of transmissions were automatically filtered as non-actionable through AI, allowing staff to focus on priority events. Aurora Denver increased patient volume by 12% without adding headcount and experienced a meaningful reduction in inbound calls and staff burnout – enabling teams to spend more time with patients and less time managing processes.
Three Cities. One Vision for Smarter Cardiac Care.
The Octagos Digital Health Symposium series brought our community together across Santa Monica, California; Chicago, Illinois; and New York City, New York. Clinicians, electrophysiologists, operational leaders, and innovators gathered to explore scalable, effective solutions for the future of remote cardiac care.
Discussions focused on improving patient outcomes, streamlining workflows, strengthening coordination, and preparing care teams for the next generation of digital tools powered by intelligent automation.
Case Study – LVHVI Recovers $330K in Year One and Reaches 94% Capture
Octagos partnered with Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute to modernize its remote cardiac monitoring program. LVHVI migrated 7,718 patients on day one and quickly saw results: billing capture increased from 68% to 94%, monthly collections rose 31%, and alert fatigue declined through automated workflows.

Reaches 94% Capture
Integrated EMR and vendor connections, analytics-driven oversight, and centralized device data helped simplify charge capture, stabilize staffing demands, and improve coordination across teams. Within the first year, LVHVI recovered more than $330,000 in revenue – demonstrating how Octagos enables sustainable scale without added burden.
Trust and Security: Independently Audited and HIPAA-Aligned
Octagos also strengthened its security leadership by earning a clean SOC 3 report for Security and HIPAA for the period of April 2024 through March 2025. Independently audited by Schellman & Company, the report confirms that Octagos maintains effective controls aligned with the AICPA Trust Services Criteria and HIPAA Security Rule requirements.
The clean opinion validates that the security, access, monitoring, and data protection safeguards behind the Octagos cardiac remote monitoring platform meet rigorous industry standards – giving patients and providers confidence that their data is protected and handled responsibly.
Looking Ahead
The achievements of 2025 reflect our commitment to delivering reliable, scalable, and patient-centered cardiac monitoring. As we move into 2026, we’re focused on strengthening partnerships, expanding the reach of our AI platform, and accelerating innovation across remote cardiac care.
Our priority is simple: equip clinicians with smarter, more intuitive tools that reduce burden, improve efficiency, and help deliver better outcomes for patients and health systems nationwide.
